  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 12 ounces reduced-fat process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
  • 1-½ cups 2% milk
  • ½ cup reduced-fat sour cream
