2 cups + 1 tablespoon (247g) King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour*

⅛ teaspoon active dry yeast or instant yeast

½ teaspoon granulated sugar

1 ¼ teaspoons (8g) salt

¾ cup + 1 tablespoon (185g) water, lukewarm

note: Substitute an equal amount of All-Purpose Flour for a slightly less chewy crust. No other changes are necessary.
