Ingredients
  • 1# can salmon
  • 8 ounce brick cream cheese
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 t horseradish
  • 2 t grated onion
  • ¼ t salt----if using smoked salmon, omit this
  • ¼ t liquid smoke....same as above
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 3 T snipped parsley
Steps
  1. Drain and flake salmon, removing any skin if there is any.
  2. Combines salmon, cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke.
  3. Mix thoroughly and chill for several hours
  4. Shape into balls and roll in nuts and parsley
