Beef Stew Freezer Meal (InstantPot or CrockPot dump recipe)

1 pound stew beef

1 onion soup mix packet

3 potatoes chopped up

1 pound baby carrots (chop in half maybe?)

1 cup frozen peas

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 can tomato sauce

Carefully pour all ingredients into freezer bag.

Thaw before dumping into IP or CP.

IP: Pressure Cook/Manual for 30 minutes. Add a little bit of water first. (In comments she adds "I added about ½ cup of water. If it is too runny for you when it is done, just push the saute button and let it thicken up a bit.") Edit: She says to do a Quick Release when done.

CP: 6 to 8 hours low or 3 to 4 hours high.
