Beef Stew Freezer Meal (InstantPot or CrockPot dump recipe)
Ingredients
  • 1 pound stew beef
  • 1 onion soup mix packet
  • 3 potatoes chopped up
  • 1 pound baby carrots (chop in half maybe?)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato sauce
Steps
  1. Carefully pour all ingredients into freezer bag.
  2. Thaw before dumping into IP or CP.
  3. IP: Pressure Cook/Manual for 30 minutes.  Add a little bit of water first.  (In comments she adds "I added about ½ cup of water. If it is too runny for you when it is done, just push the saute button and let it thicken up a bit.")  Edit: She says to do a Quick Release when done.
  4. CP: 6 to 8 hours low or 3 to 4 hours high.
