  • ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 bunch mint, picked leaves chopped (½ cup)
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt, and ⅓ tsp pepper
  • subheading: TZATZIKI SAUCE:
  • 200g Greek style coconut yoghurt
  • ¾ tsp minced garlic
  • ½ bunch mint, picked leaves chopped (¼ cup)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper, ground, to your taste
