Low-Carb French Cherry & Almond Clafoutis or use raspberries
Ingredients
  • 5g butter, for greasing
  • 750g cherries weighed with stones, then pitted (or use 600g if you’re using raspberries or other fruit without stones)
  • 125g ground almonds
  • 50g xylitol (see last week’s post)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp almond or vanilla extract
  • 300ml unsweetened almond milk
