Thai Shrimp Rolls with Peanut Sauce
Ingredients

  • some red or green lettuce
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 30 pieces of shrimp (grilled and peeled, or other protein, adjust quantity to your preference)
  • 1 large bowl lukewarm water
  • you also need a flat rolling surface
  • subheading: For the peanut sauce:
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt (to make peanut butter)
  • 1 cup peanuts (unsalted, to make peanut butter)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 ⁄2 cup water
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
