GRILLED PUMPKIN, MOZZARELLA & MARJORAM PIZZA
Ingredients
  • 2 large (100g) wholemeal pita breads or pockets (or gluten free)
  • 4 tbs (80g) tomato paste
  • 400g mozzarella sliced or grated
  • 1 red onion very thinly sliced
  • 200g pumpkin very thinly sliced or shaved
  • 4 tsp pine nuts
  • 4 fresh marjoram (sprigs)
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups (60g) rocket
