  • ½ c. plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 ½ lb. 90% lean ground beef
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, divided
  • 10 oz. cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tsp. vegetable bouillon base (we used Better than Bouillon)
  • 2 tbsp. flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • Sautéed spinach, for serving
