Stir Fry on the Fly
Ingredients
  • subheading: Whatever veggies you have on hand such as:
  • °Corn
  • °Broccoli
  • °Bell Pepper
  • °Green Beans
  • °Zucchini
  • °Celery
  • °Carrot
  • °Spinach/Kale
  • Optional meat: ground beef or steak strips
  • 2 tsp Mirin (or sesame oil, but it will be a different taste)
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • Rice
Steps
  1. Cut up the veggies to stir fry size. Mix together the mirin (or sesame oil), soy sauce, and brown sugar.
  2. Saute veggies in the mix. Make rice while doing this. (If you have meat, cook the meat in the pan before sauteing the veggies)
  3. Serve veggies over the rice.
