Strawberry Hibiscus Tart in a Pistachio Shortbread Crust

  • ½ cup scalding water
  • 1 lb fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
