Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken breast, either ground or chopped into very small pieces
  • 8 oz mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • ½ a bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (I used PB2)
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp Chinese Five Spice blend
  • a couple of scallions, green parts chopped
