Ingredients
- 1000 g chicken breast, roughly diced (not too big)
- 500 to 1000 g shortening, (frying oil)
- Batter for Chicken Pieces
- 70 g plain flour
- 25 g cornflour
- 5 g (½ tsp) Baking powder
- 100 g water
- 20 g oil
- 1 egg white
- Honey Sesame Sauce
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves
- 10 g sesame oil
- 100 g Beatworth's 'Bush Honey', (This honey isn't as sweet as most which is why I chose it for this recipe)
- 5 g Apple Cidar Vinegar
- 5 g tomatoe sauce
- 10 g cornflour
- 100 g water
- 2 to 3 pinches salt, (I use flaked himalayan or flaked sea salt)
- 100 to 200 g sesame seeds, (to your liking) for garnishing
- Rice
- 1 Recipe of Egg Fried Rice, (on the UK Cookidoo, part of teh Chinese collection)
