  • 1 pound cod or other white fish, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • 8 large iceberg lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 4 lime wedges
