Dr Jockers Bone Broth
Ingredients
  • Bones
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Water
  • Turmeric
  • Black Pepper
Steps
  1. Use bones with cartilage or stew bones
  2. 1 tsp per gallon of water of Apple Cider Vinegar to bring out the minerals from the bone
  3. Add enough water to cover bones
  4. cook for 24 hours
  5. Add 2 to 3 Tbsp turmeric and black pepper mix 10 minutes before broth is finished
  6. When cool, remove and discard bones but do NOT discard the meat.
