  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 2 cups non-dairy milk like soy or almond
  • 3 Tbl maple syrup
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil.
