Nutr Vegan Hollandaise Sauce
This 5 minute hollandaise sauce is PACKED with
protein!
Ingredients
  • subheading: Unsweetened Plant Based Milk:
  • 2 tbsp cahsews (or base of choice)
  • 1 cup water
  • blend on room temp and set aside
  • subheading: Hollandaise Sauce:
  • ¾ cup soft tofu
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup unsweetened plant based milk of choice
  • (we used cashew)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • pinch of paprika
  • pinch of turmeric
  • salt & pepper to taste
