Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 cups palm oil, for frying
  • 8 pieces tokwa (tofu)

  • 2 pieces finger chilies, chopped
  • subheading: Set C (Sauce):
  • 6 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¾ cup chicken stock or water
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
