  • 3 cups - spinach (128g)
  • 1 can (1.5 cups) - cooked garbanzos
  • ¼ cup - walnuts, toasted/roasted
  • 2 Tablespoons - nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon - lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - smoked paprika
  • black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons - ground flax seed
  • ½ cup - bread crumbs

  • 1 can - diced tomatoes, save the juice!
  • 1 - red onion, diced
  • 1 - green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 to 4 - cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon - smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon - ground thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon - cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon - black pepper
  • 1.5 cups - cooked rice (red, brown, black, wild)
  • 1.5 cups - cooked black eyed peas
  • 8 to 12 leaves - collard greens
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons - hot sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons - nutritional yeast
