Ingredients
  • scant 2 cups raw cauliflower florets (160g)
  • ⅔ cup chopped carrot
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice or nondairy creamer
  • 2 tbsp oil or buttery spread
  • ¾ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp to 1 tsp salt, to suit desired taste (I like 1 tsp)
  • ¼ cup cheese-style shreds, or nutritional yeast
