  • 200g chicken breast (or any meat you prefer)
  • 1 cup of each...carrots(match stick size),snap peas,cabbage,bell pepper
  • 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp light or low sodium soy sauce
  • 4 oz shrimp peeled and divine
  • 8 oz egg noddle (pancit canton)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish
