KETO CREAMY BAKED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Ingredients
  • Frozen brussels sprouts
  • Bacon
  • Cream (enough to coat the sprouts really well)
  • French onion soup or whatever spices you want (enough to coat the sprouts really well)
  • Cheese (enough to coat the sprouts really well)
Steps
  1. Lay frozen Brussels on a baking tray and bake, shaking the every 30 mins or so.
  2. Keep baking them until they are super done and crispy.
  3. Cut bacon into pieces and fry until crispy.
  4. Mix bacon juices, bacon, cream, French onion soup and /or whatever spices you want and cheese together and pour over the sprouts.
  5. Put back into the oven until done.
