Keto Macaroons
Preheat oven to 350°
Ingredients
  • 30g sliced almonds
  • 60g unsweetened Coconut chips
  • 2.5 Tbsp powdered sweetener
  • ¼ to ½ tsp almond extract
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2Tbsp SF chocolate chips
Steps
  1. Mix everything together in a bowl.
  2. Spoon onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake a 350° for 8 to 10 min until set and edges are golden.
