Ingredients
- 2 pkgs boneless pork Ribs (I like Sam's)
- Head Country Dry Seasoning
- 2 C Apple Juice
- 2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
Steps
- Trim fat off of ribs. Rub seasoning on both sides of meat.
- Put liquid in pressure cooker. Stand Ribs on sides and make concentric circles in pot. Close and lock lid. Set vent to seal. Set time to 30 minutes. I used the "canning" setting as it cooks at a slightly higher temperature.
- It takes 15 to 20 minutes to come to pressure. After 30 minutes of cooking do a 10 minute NPR then a QR.
- Carefully Remove Ribs and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet. Top the Ribs with BBQ sauce. (I prefer Head Country BBQ sauce).
- Place ribs in a preheated 425 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove and serve.
Notes
- Used this procedure 4 to 6-17 for our family dinner. Turned out great!
- *Start prepping ribs about 90 minutes before expected serving time.
