No Knead Gluten Free Lentil Bread Rolls, Quick & Easy Recipe #Bread #Lentilrecipe #Glutenfree
Ingredients

  • ½ cup red lentils (soak overnight in water)
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Blend the first ingredients in the blender until smooth
  • 3 tbsp psyllium powder
  •  
  • Preheat oven to 355 F.
  • In the blender process, the first 6 ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and add 3 tbsp psyllium powder. Mix well until it thickens. Let it sit on the counter for 10 min to thicken more.
  • Wet your hands with water or a little oil to prevent the dough from sticking.  Grab a big spoon of batter and roll in your hands.  I like to make 6 small rolls, but you can do 4 bigger once as well.
  • Lined parchment paper on baking try.
  • Place the rolls, and sprinkle with everything bagel seeds.
  • Bake at 355 F for 25 minutes until golden. Remove the buns and let them cool for 15 minutes before slicing.  Enjoy!
