Ingredients
  • 1 to 10 to 12 oz. bag broccoli slaw
  • 2 ½ cups purple cabbage, “slaw” cut
  • 1 - 12 oz. package ramen noodles, uncooked (we used Lotus Foods Millet & Brown Rice Noodles)
  • 1 medium red pepper, small dice
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • ¾ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¾ cup slivered almonds
  • ¼ cup pepitas
