Ingredients
  • 2 CHICKEN LEGS (skin on)
  • 3 CHICKEN THIGHS (skin off)
  • 1 C. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 1 tsp GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 tsp ONION POWDER
  • 1 tsp PAPRIKA
  • ½ tsp CAYENNE PEPPER (optional )
  • ¾ C. VEGETABLE OIL
  • SALT to your liking
  • PEPPER to your liking
  •  
  • GRAVY___________________
  • 3 Tbsp oil (from frying chicken, discard the rest)
  • ⅓ medium onion (Jullienned)
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 3 Tbsp flour mixture (used for breading chicken )
  • 2 ½ Chicken broth (i used 2 ½ C. waters x2 ½ tsp chicken bouillon )
  • 1 C. Milk
  • 1 bay Leaf
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp rubbed sage
  • ¼ tsp crushed Rosemary
  • Salt to your liking
  • Pepper to your liking
