  • 6 sage leaves, finely chopped
  • 4 sprigs thyme, just the leaves, chopped
  • 1 sprig rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
