Whole30 Meatless Buffalo Burgers
Ingredients
  • Cook Time: 35 minutes
  • 4 cups riced cauliflower (roughly ½ large head of cauliflower)
  • ½ cup cooked, mashed sweet potato
  • 2 eggs *to make eggless, use flax egg recipe below in the notes
  • 3 tablespoons buffalo sauce (or more depending on your heat level)
  • ½ cup finely diced yellow onion
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or more if desired)
