2 oz. gin

½ oz. lime

1 oz. lemon

½ oz. cointreau

3 oz. club soda

2 oz simple sugar (½ c. water: 1 c. syrup)

Pitcher (makes 12)

750 bottle of London Dry Gin like Tanquarey or Bombay

6 oz. fresh lime (approx. 2 oz in a lime, buy 12 though)

12 oz. fresh lemon (if small, buy 24)

6 oz. Cointreau

12 oz. simple sugar (1.5 cups)

32 oz. club soda
