Apple Slaw

Ingredients
  • 4 oz apple, diced small
  • 12 oz cole slaw mix
  • 1 Ratio Vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 to 2 tsp lemon juice, to taste (for thinning dressing)
Steps
  1. Toss apple in a small amount of the lemon juice to keep them from browning
  2. Toss apples with the cabbage mix
  3. Mix dressing ingredients, adding lemon juice for flavor and consistency.
  4. Pour dressing over salad and stir well, chill until ready to serve.
Notes
  • 6.5 net carbs as written. Tastes amazing with a small amount of crushed pineapple mixed into dressing (1 oz would add 1 carb per serving)
