- ¾ cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- ½ cup, packed Dixie Crystals Light Brown Sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour*
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 5 individual cookies and cream sandwich cookies, crumbled
- 8 ounces container of whipped topping or 1 cup of fresh whipped cream
- 16 individual cookies and cream sandwich cookies

- note: Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
