Ingredients
  • subheading: Recipe:
  • 3lbs boneless chicken breast
  • ¾ c soy sauce
  • ¾ c brown sugar
  • ⅓ c rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • ¾ tsp corn starch
  • ¼ c warm water
  • ¼ c chopped green onions
  • Cut up chicken to bite size pieces
  • Put in bottom of cooker
  • subheading: In a bowl, whisk:
  • Soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic & ginger
  • (I added some additional green onion as well because I wanted a little onion flavor in the sauce)
