Ingredients
  • pkg of 6 chicken thighs (or) breasts (or) whole chicken- cooked;grilled or boiled, shredded or cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumino
  • ¼ to ½ cup finely diced onion to taste
  • 1 cup shredded montery jack
  • pkg of flour tortillas
  • SAUCE: blend and melt in microwave and pour over top, bake at 350°F till bubbly and begins to brown.
  • ¼ pound velvetta
  • 1 small can mild diced green chilies
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup shredded montery jack
