Grilled Green Onions
Ingredients
  • 12 green onions, tops and roots trimmed
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • salt and black pepper
Steps
  1. Place the onions in a shallow bowl or dish, and drizzle the olive oil over them.
  2. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the onions to a hot grill.
  4. Turn them frequently, until marked on all sides - it takes less than 5 minutes!
