Sri Lankan Cashew Nut Curry (Vegan) by Madgec On Www.Recipecommunity.Com.Au
Ingredients
  • 500 g cashew nuts, soaked in water for 3 hours
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1.5 tsp thuna paha (roasted sri lankan curry powder)
  • 1.5 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 16cm rampe (pandan) leaf, cut into 4cm pieces (available from asian groceries, fresh or frozen)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 can coconut milk
  • 3 thin green chillies, optional
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves, (about 10)
