Ingredients
  • 4 large hard boiled eggs peeled (or scrambled eggs)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ c Natural Sweetener (or less)
  • 2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ( Carmel, banana, etc)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Dash of Redmond Real salt
Steps
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender ( I use a nurtibullet) and puree until very very smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. You can eat it right away but it’s best chilled for a few hours or overnight
  2. Place in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
