Ingredients
- 4 large hard boiled eggs peeled (or scrambled eggs)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ c Natural Sweetener (or less)
- 2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ( Carmel, banana, etc)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Dash of Redmond Real salt
Steps
- Place all the ingredients into a blender ( I use a nurtibullet) and puree until very very smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. You can eat it right away but it’s best chilled for a few hours or overnight
- Place in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
