  • 2 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 ½ cups (340g) lukewarm water
  • 3 tablespoons (35g) olive oil
  • Topping
  • 2 tablespoons (25g) olive oil
  • generous ½ teaspoon dried herbs, of your choice, rosemary is traditional
  • generous ¼ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper, optional
  • coarse salt, optional
