Easy Gluten Free Angel Food Cake
Ingredients
  • 1 cup (140g) Kim's all purpose gluten free flour blend (a store bought blend may be substituted, but has not been tested)
  • ¼ cup (30g) cornstarch
  • 1½ cups (300g) granulated sugar
  • 1½ cups (360ml, about 10 to 12) cold egg whites (straight from the fridge)
  • 1½ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ¼ teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste or pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
