Aussie Recipe from Growers of Australian Sweet Lupins that taste good and are better for your Health if you are not Allergic to Peanuts or Soy etc Don't use Vegetable Oil or Canola - they're actually toxic Trans-Fats, banned in some countries. Use Coconut Oil, Macadamia Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil instead.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Lupin flake
  • 2 small cloves garlic - freshly crushed
  • 20ml Tahini paste - dehulled
  • 20ml wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 60ml macadamia oil
  • ½ tsp vegetable stock
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 10ml olive oil (for drizzling)
