Chicken Flautas & Roasted Corn Salad

  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise
  • 1 large avocado, cubed
  • Juice of 1 large lime
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons salsa verde
  • Big pinch of salt
