Chicken keto pizza crust
Ingredients
  • 1 can of shredded chicken, drained it really well
  • 1 tsp my seasoning
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
  • 2 eggs
Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375.
  2. Drain the can of chicken really well and put into a large bowl and shred up the chicken. Add seasoning, cheese and eggs and mix all together. Press and onto a piece of parchment, I like mine really thin.
  3. Put in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. I flip it over before topping.
  4. Top with a low carb marinara, then add some mozzarella, and toppings of choice. I like to bake this at about 400 for 15 minutes and then broil for a few minutes. Watch your parchment doesn't catch on fire!
