Ingredients
  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. mustard
  • 2 green onions, white and lightgreen parts, sliced thin
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • note: Ashley's has a very good, thick, sliced, smoked ham. I use about half of that to make two cups cubed.
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Microwave the broccoli florets for 1 min.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and mustard in a bowl.
  4. Add and mix in the the broccoli florets, cubed ham, and green onions.
  5. Spread into a 9x9 inch pan.
  6. Cover with the shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes. The cheese should be melted and slightly browned.
