Chicken Fiesta Pasta (Instant Pot)

1.5 lb of chicken, cubed

1 can of corn, drained

1 can of Rotel (I drained this also to remove some spiciness)

8 oz of salsa

Taco seasoning

8 oz of pasta (we used bow tie)

1 block of cream cheese

Partially cook the chicken on saute;

Add everything (except the cream cheese) along with 2 cups of water.

Cook on Manual/High for 6 minutes with a 5 min NPR.

After pressure is released take the lid off and add the cream cheese.

Stir every few minutes until cream cheese is melted.
