  • 7.12 oz raw celery, chopped (4 green)
  • 2.46 oz sliced white mushrooms (2 green)
  • 2 Tbsp onion, diced (2 condiment)
  • ½ tsp poultry seasoning (½ condiment)
  • 1⁄4 tsp ground black pepper (½ condiment)
  • 1⁄2 cup low-sodium chicken broth (1 condiment)
  • 1⁄4 tsp onion powder (½ condiment)
  • 1⁄4 tsp garlic powder (½ condiment)
  • 1 tsp canola oil, butter, or trans fat-free margarine (1 condiment)
