Flaxseed Meal Pancakes (Low Carb)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup flaxseed meal (I prefer golden but either will work)
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
