  • 6 medium white or cremini mushrooms, chopped (about 2½ cups)
  • ¼ cup tomato paste or ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1½ teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Optional extras: sliced tomato, avocado, onion, lettuce, ketchup, and/or mustard
