General Tso's Chicken

  • ¼ cup (60 mL) soy sauce
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) rice wine vinegar, may substitute with white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup (50 g) sugar

  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ tablespoon water

  • ¼ cup (35 g) green onion, chopped
