  • 1 garlic clove , minced (about ½ tsp minced garlic)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp salt (or ½ tsp Kosher salt)
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (preferably Greek!)
