Ingredients
  • ½ cup (125 mL) chopped and pitted medjool dates
  • 1 cup (250 mL) orange juice
  • ¼ cup (50 mL) soy or nut butter
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) cinnamon
  • 2 cups (500 mL) large flake oats
  • ⅓ cup (75 mL) wheat germ
  • 2 tbsp (25 mL) ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) dried cranberries or raisins
